Building Company’s “Catalina” received the highly competitive Distinctive Plan & Design award, focusing on excellence in architecture elements as well as interior design. Their home was judged on specific sets of building and design criteria developed and refined by a committee of industry professionals. Criteria include floor plan layout, lighting, and use of space within the home.
