HOA dues are $159 annually and are due Jan 31st of each year.
The annual HOA dues pay for the lawn maintenance of the Sweetwater Creek entrance as well as up keep of the monument and playground areas.
Upon closing on your new home all residents will be invited to join the Sweetwater Creek HOA website thru eNeighbors.com. Thru this website, you can share important news and notices as well as sign up for neighborhood events.
